Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the pkrapp platform. By creating an account or placing any wager, you agree to be bound by this agreement in its entirety.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use pkrapp. Age verification is required before withdrawals are processed.
Each individual may hold only one pkrapp account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until requirements are met.
You are solely responsible for confirming that accessing pkrapp is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing.
Collusion, fraud, arbitrage abuse, use of automated bots, and multi-accounting are all grounds for immediate account closure.
pkrapp reserves the right to amend these terms. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you") and pkrapp ("the Company," "pkrapp," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the pkrapp website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform").
By accessing the pkrapp Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this agreement by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the pkrapp Platform.
Use of the pkrapp Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:
pkrapp employs age and identity verification procedures consistent with its licensing obligations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC) and a recent proof of address or selfie verification before your account is approved for withdrawals. pkrapp reserves the right to suspend or withhold withdrawals pending successful completion of identity verification.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using pkrapp is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are connecting. pkrapp makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available in every location. Users who access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are solely liable for any resulting legal consequences.
To access the full functionality of pkrapp, you must register a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.
Each individual user is permitted to hold only one pkrapp account. If pkrapp determines that a user has registered multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — pkrapp reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrapp login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. pkrapp will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact pkrapp support immediately and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via the account settings.
pkrapp accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in PKR unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions, which are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction.
pkrapp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20. pkrapp reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the pkrapp Cashier section and are subject to change. pkrapp does not charge internal deposit fees, but your payment provider may impose their own charges for which pkrapp accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed within 24 hours under standard conditions. VIP tier members benefit from expedited withdrawal processing as a tier benefit. pkrapp reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, or the investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. pkrapp may request additional documentation to confirm payment method ownership before processing withdrawals.
Bonuses and promotional offers available on pkrapp are subject to specific eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions set out in the individual promotion terms. General bonus eligibility requires a verified account in good standing. pkrapp reserves the right to exclude any user from a promotion at its sole discretion.
All bonus funds awarded by pkrapp are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
pkrapp employs automated and manual detection systems to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin wagering to meet requirements, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, and exploitation of errors in promotional configurations. Evidence of bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of associated bonuses and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
pkrapp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn prior to a user completing its requirements, any bonus funds already awarded will remain active until the end of the original promotional period unless fraud is suspected.
All bets placed on the pkrapp sportsbook are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market, as displayed within the relevant section of the Platform. pkrapp reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.
A bet or market may be declared void by pkrapp in the following circumstances: an event is cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable void period; a technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed; the result of an event is determined to have been subject to match-fixing or corruption; or the event does not proceed in accordance with the applicable rules of the sport. In the event of a void, stakes are returned to the user's account balance.
In the event of obvious pricing errors — where odds are manifestly incorrect due to system malfunction or human error — pkrapp reserves the right to void affected bets at any time, including after settlement. Winnings arising from obvious errors will not be paid.
All casino and slot games accessible through pkrapp Casino are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. pkrapp is not responsible for losses arising from connectivity issues on the user's side.

Violation of any provision of Section 8.1 may result in: immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account; forfeiture of all pending withdrawals and remaining balance; reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required; and civil or criminal liability where applicable under the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
All content on the pkrapp Platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and the pkrapp brand identity — is the property of pkrapp or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, adapt, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the pkrapp Platform without prior written consent from pkrapp or the relevant rights holder. Unauthorised use of pkrapp's intellectual property will be pursued.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrapp excludes all liability for: indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform; losses arising from betting decisions made by you; losses arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, or interruptions in service outside pkrapp's reasonable control; and losses arising from the acts or omissions of third-party payment providers.
pkrapp's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user to pkrapp in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits pkrapp's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrapp holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pkrapp Platform that cannot be resolved through pkrapp's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.
If you have a complaint about pkrapp's services, you should first contact the pkrapp support team via live chat or the support email displayed on the Platform. pkrapp aims to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 14 calendar days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of pkrapp's internal resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority in accordance with their published procedures.
pkrapp reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pkrapp will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as clarifications that do not alter your rights) may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the pkrapp Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
